Payment is made in advance through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for these sales, which shows any VAT or sales tax your country charges at checkout; there is no automatic renewal. Buying again adds the new period to the end of the current one. A 3-day free trial with every feature comes first, once per PC. By paying, you agree to the Terms of Purchase.
Activation
After payment, the account of the email you typed at checkout is extended automatically, usually within minutes, and your receipt is emailed. If a payment needs a manual check, activation takes at most 24 hours on working days. One month counts as 30 days; the 12-month pass is a full year (365 days).
Devices
One account works on up to 2 devices (a device is one PC with one Windows user). You sign in with your email and a code; you can release a PC from inside Skripcy, up to 2 times per 30 days.
Renewing
Buying a new pass extends the same account from the end of the current period, or from the payment date if it has already ended. There is no grace period; we remind you 7 days and 1 day before the end.
Receipts
A receipt shows the seller (Skripcy, skripcy.com), the buyer's email, the pass, the period, the order number and the amount paid. Ask at hello@skripcy.com if you need one for reimbursement.
Teams and campuses
Buying for a team, faculty or campus? Contact us at hello@skripcy.com: we issue subscription serial numbers, one per person.
Invite a friend
Share your invite link from your account page. The reward needs a payment: when a friend who joined through your link pays for their first pass, you both get 30 extra days. Signing up or a trial alone gives nothing.
System requirements
| Component | Supported |
|---|---|
| Operating system | Windows 10 (22H2) and Windows 11, 64-bit |
| Microsoft Word | Microsoft 365, Office 2021, Office 2024; 32-bit and 64-bit Word; Indonesian or English interface |
| Windows components | .NET Framework 4.8; Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime (installed automatically if missing) |
| Permissions | A normal Windows account, no administrator rights |
| Internet | To sign in and for the reference features; once signed in, Skripcy works offline until your pass ends |
| Recommended | 64-bit Word and 16 GB of RAM |
| Document length | On 32-bit Word, Skripcy is comfortable with documents below 300 pages, counted after styling. 32-bit Word has only 4 GB to work in, whatever your PC's memory, so a longer document can make Word close. 64-bit Word has far more room. |
Not supported yet: Word 2016/2019, Windows on Arm, Word for Mac, Word in the browser, and shared PCs where many people use one Windows account. Use the 3-day trial to check Skripcy works on your PC.
